01 Acceptance of Terms

03 Account Registration and Verification

KYC verification typically requires submission of a valid government-issued Philippine ID. The process is completed once. Once verified, withdrawals to GCash, Maya, or Philippine bank accounts are enabled on your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. Winn22 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep your login details secure.

04 Deposits and Payments

All deposits on Winn22 are made in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya, and Philippine bank transfers. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by method and are displayed at the time of deposit.

Deposits are credited to your Winn22 account balance promptly following successful transaction confirmation. Winn22 does not accept deposits via credit card or any form of cryptocurrency. Only PHP-denominated transactions through the supported local payment methods are accepted.

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are your own and are not proceeds of any illegal activity. Winn22 may conduct additional verification on large or unusual deposits and reserves the right to delay credit pending review.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed in PHP to your verified GCash, Maya, or bank account. You may only withdraw to accounts registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

To be eligible for withdrawal, your account must be fully verified through KYC. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframe indicated in your account dashboard at the time of the request. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and transaction volume.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, Winn22 will hold any balance for the duration of the review. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited. If no breach is confirmed, the account will be reinstated and the balance restored.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

11 Limitation of Liability
